      • On 16 May I was travelling from Dublin to the States. Whilst in UK I had renewed my passport. This apparently completely changed my ESTA so I needed a new one. Imagine my dismay when I found this out at the American Airlines check in. The fellow who was looking after me in the wheelchair was brilliant. He used his own mobile phone to sort out a new ESTA for me so that I managed to get a later flight to the US.
