What is the Volotea Airline Refund Policy?

• If you have bought a flex plan ticket, then you can claim an entire refund after cancellation. The amount that will be received after the cancellation will be provided in the form of credit points. The credit can be used later for future bookings.
• The airline flight cancellation fee will be charged on the cancellation of non-refundable tickets. But if the cancellation is made by the Airline, then you can receive a full refund for it.
• The Volotea refund time can take 7-10 business days to get credited to your original form of payment.
• The Airline also offers 24 hours cancellation by which a passenger can get a full refund from the Airline if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the purchasing window.
• For applying a refund for 24 hours cancellation, a passenger's scheduled departure date should be after one week or more.
• Refunds will only be claimed by the travelers when the Volotea airline confirms the cancellation.  
• In case you are canceling a non-refundable flight ticket, then you will get the Volotea voucher refund which can be used for future flight bookings.

What is the process for claiming a refund from Volotea Airline?

Through Refund Request form-

You can apply for a refund after canceling the reservation and applying through the Volotea refund request form. You can apply for a refund online and offline mode, but the best one is to do it yourself through the online process. Follow the below-mentioned steps.

• Go to the official website of the Airline at www.volotea.com.
• Now find the "manage booking" option available on the top of the home page.
• You had to enter your booking id and the last name to get the details.
• After accessing your dashboard, select the previously canceled trips you want to apply for a refund.
• Now enter your details in the refund form and send it.
• It will take 5-7 days to get the refund to your original form of payment account.

Through phone-

You can also ask the customer service agent to assist you with the refund process, and they will complete the process on your behalf. Follow the below-mentioned steps-

• Dial 011 34 931 22 07 17 on your phone to connect with the live representative.
• Choose your preferred language
• Follow the IVR instructions.
• Press 0 to connect with the representative.
• Press 1 for the flight cancellation process.
• Press 3 for the refund application
• Wait a while as your call gets connected to the Volotea customer service agent
• After connecting to the agent, explain your situation and also provide flight booking details.
• After the process is completed, don't forget to ask for the refund tracking number to track the refund status.
