We are trying to re-arrange our flights (Booking Code GFPE9J) which are on 02 December 2023 Cardiff to Malaga, returning 23 December 2023 Malaga to Cardiff. We are unable to travel on these dates due to medical treatment. We will not be able to travel until February. We have tried to change the dates on-line but it is not working. We have tried to telephone but the recorded voice says to do it on-line. Please help.

Hi, when I went to check-in via APP my previously booked 15kg bag did not show up at all anywhere on app, warnings about must buy bag now etc kept popping up. To not risk having a bag I paid 51euro for a 10kg carry on bag. Immediately an email confirmation appeared showing both bags! The app was not transparent at all. I cant get through to a person to request refund, any suggestions? thanks Booking ref PCNIFV

can't speak with a human and everytime I put my ref number in its not recognised! arrived at airport to find flight was cancelled, hadn't been informed, had to pay for new flights and then a taxi to hotel costing us over £600 more, please can someone contact me

i was supposed to fly home from malaga airport on december 13th last year a couple of days before our coach company due to pick us up at cardiff airport phoned to say the flight had been cancelled on checking we found out about the strikes no one from vueling informed us no other flights offered not even an email informing us of anything we were panicking and had to cut our holiday short by three days to travel home the money we had paid for the coach was lost and the change of flight cost 220pound vueling just left us stranded a refund is surely due or flight credit as we fly a lot with vueling 3
